Welcome to a weekend of

Founded in late 1998, Life Arts quickly became
East Anglia’s leading events company dedicated to mind,
body, spirit, and overall wellbeing. Over the years, more
than 60,000 visitors have attended our events, drawn by
the holistic, non-materialistic approach, integrity and
inspiring atmosphere.
This year, we celebrate our 5th year at Trinity Park and our
28th year of sharing wellness, connection and inspiration with
our community!
