East Anglia’s most popular Mind Body Spirit Wellbeing Festival is returning to
Trinity Park on Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th July 2025, 10am to 5pm.
Focusing on wellness and wellbeing, explore reflexology, massage, yoga and
mindfulness, take guidance from mediums or tarot readers. Find support for mental
health, men’s health, and women’s health. Browse the exhibitors and enjoy amazing
live music and food stalls. Chris Cozens Life Arts’ is celebrating 26th years with his
huge event - he said, “We have selected more than 100 ethical exhibitors, have 50 free
activities from talks to yoga - buy in advance or on the day! Plus this event supports
Emmaus Suffolk with £1 of every ticket sold going to the charity – so by coming you will be helping
support the homeless in Suffolk as well as benefit from TLC from our lovely exhibitors'.”
